These terms apply to purchases of Within I Letters. They describe the current Founding Edition in clear, practical language.
The product
Within I Letters is paid digital written content delivered by email. The Founding Edition is a fixed edition of four Letters delivered over four weeks. A purchase is a one-time payment, includes one theme and one language, and does not renew automatically.
Price and payment
The Founding Edition price is S$28, inclusive of applicable tax. Payment is processed by Stripe. Where available, Stripe may show a local currency at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
Delivery
The Founding Edition follows one shared delivery schedule. If you join after it begins, previously released Letters will be sent to you as soon as reasonably possible, followed by the remaining weekly Letters. Sales close after Letter 04 is released. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address that can receive the Letters.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests may be considered before any Letter has been delivered to you. Once delivery has begun, including the delivery of previously released Letters to customers joining mid-edition, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a delivery issue occurs on our side, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
Personal use
Letters are licensed to the purchaser for personal reading. You may not publish, resell, reproduce in full, or distribute paid Letters at scale without written permission from Within I.
